Rasheid Scarlette

Scarlette is an American tech and hospitality entrepreneur who has built multiple 8-figure ventures, advised Fortune 500 companies, and now supports boards in scaling through human-first innovation. 

His path to success was anything but conventional. Raised in a church Sunday school room that doubled as his bedroom, during a time when his family sometimes relied on food lines, his earliest entrepreneurial inspiration came not from business icons but from his mother. Her creativity and resilience laid the foundation for the grit and vision that fuel his work today.

He began his career in telecommunications, designing secure networks at Verizon and AT&T. At Accenture, he led digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients including Comcast and T-Mobile. Driven by a desire to build systems that serve people—not just solve problems—he launched two ventures:

• NetAesthetics, which delivers mission-critical IT solutions to sectors such as government, media, and academia 

• Great Dwellings, a tech-enabled short-term rental company operating across three countries, blending hospitality with innovation 

 

Today, he advises boards, mentors startups, and helps teams design scalable solutions that prioritize service and empathy.
