Cymone Robinson brings more than six years of progressive healthcare operations and senior-living leadership to the Legends Public Charter School Board of Directors.
Professional Background
Cymone currently serves as Traditional Care Director at Benchmark Senior Living in Alexandria, Virginia (2024–Present), where she leads daily operations across assisted living, oversees 24/7 staffing schedules and labor budgets, and ensures compliance with state regulatory standards. She recruits, trains, mentors, and supervises Resident Care Associates, and collaborates with the Resident Care Director (RN) on care plans.
Her career has centered on delivering high-quality care in environments where vulnerable populations depend on operational excellence. Cymone’s experience spans operational leadership as Assistant Executive Director at HallKeen Management in Washington, DC (2021–2024), community relations and sales as Community Relations Director at Spring Hills Mount Vernon in Alexandria, VA (2020–2021), and assisted living management as Assisted Living Manager / Sales Manager at Brookeville House Assisted Living, MD (2018–2020).
Across each role, she has built and led teams, strengthened compliance and quality assurance frameworks, and driven occupancy and financial performance.
